Spectrex™ Wire Heat Detector

Spectrex™ Wire Heat Detector delivers dependable overheat and fire detection in confined, harsh environments, using a thermistor‑based sensing wire for broad coverage and rapid alarm response.

Wire heat detectors are typically used in engine/hydraulic compartments. The wire heat detector is being installed in armoured vehicles. The detector is a thermistor type enabling adjustment of temperature response by the controller.
